TYRE PLANT IN KAZAKHSTAN

Attar passenger tyres and all-metal cord truck tyres are produced at our state-of-the-art facility in Saran, Republic of Kazakhstan. This plant represents a joint venture between Tatneft JSC and Allure GC JSC and is a vital part of the Tatneft Group’s Tyre Business Division.

High-tech production factory

Our Kazakhstan facility is a cutting-edge, high-tech, automated production factory, equipped with advanced machinery from leading tyre industry manufacturers in Europe, China, and Japan. Upon reaching full-scale production, the plant will produce 3,000,000 passenger tyres and 500,000 truck tyres annually.

200% quality control

Attar tyres adhere to the highest global standards in the tyre industry. Each tyre undergoes a rigorous two-stage inspection process, known as 200% quality control. The first stage involves a thorough visual inspection, while the second stage consists of a mandatory automated examination, ensuring exceptional quality and reliability.

ATTAR TYRE BRAND

The Attar brand was specially developed for our tyre plant in Kazakhstan. The name "Attar," meaning “horses” in Kazakh, symbolizes strength and independence. The Attar logo, prominently displayed on the sidewall of each tyre, features a stylized and dignified profile of a horse’s head. The logo’s clean, uninterrupted lines, mirrored in each letter, underscore the reliability and superior quality of our tyres.
